“Unbelievers” es una canción de la banda Vampire Weekend, que se fundó en el año 2006 en Nueva York. Como en todas las canciones de este grupo, el estilo que se utiliza es indie rock, y utiliza un compás de 4/4 o de 2/4.
A lo largo de la canción se pueden escuchar los diferentes instrumentos que son:
-Bajo
-Piano
-Órgano hammond (es como un piano que se usó mucho en el rock and roll)
-Guitarra eléctrica e acustica
-Bateria
-Al final de la canción aparece viento metal (trombón) y viento madera (flauta de pico)
Esta canción es una polifonía, ya que se puede escuchar la segunda voz desde el principio de la canción acompañando a la voz principal, al ritmo.
La canción comienza con una introducción con los acordes B E B E B E B (si mi si mi si mi si)(x2), tocando únicamente la batería, el órgano hammond y la guitarra acústica.
Entra la voz, piano, bajo, la guitarra eléctrica y para el órgano y a lo largo de la primera estrofa se repiten los mismo acordes que antes.
En el chorus, los acordes pasan a ser D#m E C#m B (Re#m Mi Do#m Si) .
La estrofa 2 y chorus 2 funcionan como estas dos, es decir:

CHORUS 1: D#m E C#m B
ESTROFA 2: B E B E B E B
CHORUS 2: D#m E C#m B
Empieza estribillo, solo quedan tocando batería, guitarra y órgano hammond. La canción baja un poco el ritmo, y cambia a B D# E B F# (Si Re#M Mi M Si Fa#M), esto da paso al estribillo, donde se repiten los mismos acordes pero con más intensidad, y se unen todos los instrumentos.
Después se vuelve a repetir el esquema del principio

Estribillo.
Da paso a una parte instrumental, con familia de viento madera y viento metal, con el mismo esquema de acordes que el estribillo. Se repite el estribillo por última vez, e remata en cadencia perfecta (creo), en B (Si).
La canción dice que duda de las cosas, duda de lo que pueda pasar mañana, que no es capaz de ver más allá de lo que ven sus ojos, pero a pesar de todo, sí que ve el amor que siente por otra persona, y con eso el resto de sus dudas quedan atrás y carecen de importancia. Me gusta porque tiene un aire de esperanza, es una canción alegre, que tiene un mensaje de que aunque a veces hay que ver para creer, eso no siempre es así.
